7-day money-back guarantee

Every hosting plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no interrogation required.

How to request a refund

Email support@phphoster.site from your registered email address with your domain name. We acknowledge every request within one working day.

When the refund reaches you

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank or UPI provider.

What is covered

• Your first payment on any shared hosting plan

What is not covered

• Renewal payments after the first 7-day window
• Domain name registrations, which cannot be reversed once registered
• Accounts suspended for breach of our acceptable use policy

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we will not charge you again.
